Most insurance companies provide some form of third party liability in case a tenant makes a claim against you.

However the cover provided is normally fairly low as the culture of suing people in Spain is generally lower than in the UK.

What you should consider is that if you are normally UK resident and the person renting your property is also from the UK then there is a good chance any claim may be heard in a UK court of law rather than a Spanish court. The chances of a successful claim against you may be higher and the rewards to the third party more substantial.
